We specialize in Residential Design. Interior Design is our passion. We assist clients in creating a space that meets their needs and personal taste. What makes us unique is our ability to listen, understand, communicate, and connect with each and every client. Our team holds a significant amount of material, product, and construction knowledge of the industry. A big part of our communication with our clients is in the drawing, where we provide detailed plans and elevations that portray the vision of the space. This allows the client to have a clear sense of the project outcome and keeps them informed and confident throughout the process. Our team of experts at Mill Road Design educate each client so they feel involved and in control of the decision making process from inception to completion. To us, there is nothing more rewarding than a happy client.
About Danielle
Danielle Relyea is a long term resident of the Hudson Valley and lover of all things Interior Design. Danielle graduated from The Fashion Institute of Interior Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts & Interior Design Degree. Danielle is fascinated with anything having to do with homeownership and is a research fanatic when it comes to making the Interior Design of any room feel complete. Danielle has a knack for exploring all that the Hudson Valley has to offer including historic sites, festivals, boutiques, restaurants, art galleries, shows, and hidden quaint towns. Traveling to cities to experience local, small town vibes is one of Danielle’s favorite hobbies. She does most of her exploring with her husband Ryan, daughter Remy, and dog Rocky. Danielle spends her free time entertaining family and friends at home, gardening, biking, hiking, cooking, crafting and carpentry, and building her power tool collection

- Full walk through of residence with client and discussion of project
- Small versus large budget and estimation cost of all renovations
- A dictation of where and what to purchase for the styling of each space, including paint color selections
- 2 – 3 vetted contractor contact referrals
- Brainstorming a plan to move forward with renovations
